The problem

Staying consistent with posting on TikTok is technically simple but operationally brutal. The platform rewards whoever posts every day, with visually varied content, in formats that keep changing.

For one person managing their personal brand, that translates to: designing each carousel by hand, exporting it, saving it in the right folder, writing the caption, opening the app, publishing, repeat tomorrow. Every day. Without fail.

The problem isn’t creativity. It’s execution time.

The solution

A content generation and scheduling system built with Claude Code and orchestrated with n8n:

1. Carousel generation: Claude Code produces slides in 5 distinct visual styles (Watercolor, Flat Design, Digital Art, and two more variants) from a content brief
2. Automatic organization: Files go straight to Google Drive in the correct folder structure, named with the right convention for scheduling
3. Scheduling: n8n reads the Drive folder, checks what’s ready, and schedules publishing at the profile’s peak engagement times
4. Forced variety: The system alternates styles automatically so the feed doesn’t look repetitive

The result is a pipeline where the only human input is the content brief (topic, key message, call to action). The rest is automatic.

The numbers (honestly)

The results are from the system’s first 28 days of operation, starting essentially from zero on the profile.

What’s worth measuring here: views and reach, not followers. TikTok is a discovery platform — the real value is in how many people see the content, not how many click “follow.” Converting views into followers is a separate optimization process that depends on the niche and each piece’s call to action.

What this project proved

That the barrier to staying consistent on social media isn’t creative — it’s operational. With the right system, consistency becomes the default state instead of the exception.
