What is "Tech Wellness" and why does Wellness Total talk like this?
Wellness Total is built on the idea that your business has a digital nervous system — computers, software, data, automations — and that system needs the same preventive care you give your body.
"Tech Wellness" is the difference between calling the IT guy after everything crashes and having a system that watches itself and warns you before it fails. Most SMBs operate reactively, paying expensive emergencies. My job is to move you to preventive operation — where technology stops being a pain and becomes an advantage.
Is my business too small or too large to work with you?
Sweet spot for IT plans: 5 to 30 devices. Fewer than 5, you probably need targeted consulting. More than 30, we design a custom plan.
For AI automation and vibe coding: any size. I've worked with solo entrepreneurs and operations with 50+ people. What matters is the problem, not the company size.

Do I need to know technology to work with you?
No. Most of my clients are business owners, not technical. My job is to translate technology to business language: time saved, money recovered, processes without friction.
When I deliver a project, I train you or whoever you choose to operate the basics. If you want to be 100% independent, I give you the code and workflows too. If you prefer I keep managing it, we do that via monthly plan. You decide.
Do you serve outside Toluca Valley?
On-site: primary area is Toluca Valley (Toluca, Metepec, Lerma, Zinacantepec, San Mateo Atenco). For CDMX, Querétaro, Cuernavaca, and nearby cities: travel cost is quoted on request.
Remote: anywhere in the world, as long as it's in Spanish or English. Remote support, AI automation, and vibe coding deliver 100% online — geography doesn't matter.

Do I have to sign an annual contract? Can I cancel anytime?
IT plans: month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days notice, no penalties, no fine print.
Automation or vibe coding projects: contract per deliverable, not per time. Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline. Anything outside that scope is quoted as an addendum — never hidden scope creep.
The only lock-in: third-party licenses (Twilio, OpenAI) you contract under your own name. Those are yours and follow the provider's rules.
How do you charge for automation or vibe coding projects?
1. Diagnosis: 30 minutes, free, no commitment. 2. Spec with fixed price: technical document in 1-3 days. 3. Standard payment: 60% on signing the contract and 40% on project delivery. 4. Large projects (>$5K USD equivalent): 3 milestone payments.
Typical ranges (MXN): simple n8n workflow $15K-$30K · RAG chatbot $35K-$80K · generation pipeline $60K-$150K · vibe coding site $25K-$90K · custom web app from $80K. Your actual quote depends on scope.
Can I combine multiple services? Is there a discount?

Discounts with active plan: 10% on automation or vibe coding projects · 15% on parts and repairs · no installation fee on parts covered by plan.

How long does a typical automation take to implement?
Real timelines from past projects: simple n8n workflow 1-2 weeks · RAG chatbot 3-4 weeks · generation pipeline 4-8 weeks · vibe coding site 1-2 weeks · custom web app 4-8 weeks · multi-system integration 6-10 weeks.
What affects timeline: speed at which you validate, whether data is clean, WhatsApp template approvals on Twilio (24-48 hrs each). In the initial spec I give you the real timeline, not an optimistic one.
Support & Guarantee 4 questions
What does an IT plan include and NOT include?
Included in all plans: software-level preventive and corrective maintenance, backup configuration and review, antivirus and updates management, general consulting.
NOT included (separate quote, 15% discount for active plan holders): physical parts (disks, RAM, power supplies), component-level repair, printer repair, data recovery from damaged disks, visits outside Toluca Valley (quote on request).
The plan covers your day-to-day, extras are charged transparently when needed — no surprises.
What happens if something breaks outside business hours?
Response times (business hours, 9 AM to 7 PM CST): Essential Tech 24-48 h · Operational Flow 12-24 h · Total System Health < 8 h.
Outside hours: all plans log your ticket via WhatsApp/Chatwoot and we start at the next business shift. For 24/7 critical emergencies there's a premium support addendum with aggressive SLA.
Honest advice: if your business depends on IT 24/7, what you need is redundancy and proactive AI monitoring (Total System Health) that warns you before something breaks, not after.
Who owns the code, workflows, and data?
You. Always. No exceptions.
When I finish a project you receive: full source code in a Git repo you control, credentials for all accounts, n8n workflows exported as JSON, technical documentation, and team training.
If tomorrow you decide to operate it yourself or move to another provider, you can do so without asking my permission. No lock-in, no hidden dependencies. I'd rather you come back because I gave you value, not because you're stuck with me.
What happens with my data? Is there leak risk?
Privacy notice aligned with LFPDPPP. Your critical data lives in your own infrastructure (your Supabase, your VPS, your Postgres) — not mine. My access is temporary during construction and revoked at delivery.
For sensitive data (medical, financial, tax IDs): NDA signed before starting, encryption at rest and in transit, encrypted backups, access logs.
What I never do: train models with your data, share with third parties without express consent, or use your credentials for purposes outside the project.
